Upon your arrival at the port of Tangier, your driver will greet you and take you on a scenic drive through the Rif Mountains and Tetouan City to reach Chefchaouen, the Blue City of Morocco. The medina of Chefchaouen is known for its winding lanes, narrow alleys, and souks that offer local cuisine and artisan works, such as woolen items, embroidery, and goat’s cheese. After breakfast, head to Fes, the oldest and holiest of the Imperial cities, and explore the 2000-year-old living medina with the help of a private tour guide. After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive from the Rif Mountains through the fertile agricultural hills to reach the Roman ruins at Volubilis, an open-air museum and a crucial part of Moroccan history. After lunch near Volubilis, continue your journey to Meknes, the fourth of Morocco’s Imperial cities and a 17th-century heritage. In Meknes, you will visit the medina, which is surrounded by a triple thickness of 40 km long walls, the Royal Stables of the Alaouite Sultan Moulay Ismail, and the Jewish Quarter.
